We’re stoked to announce a major upgrade to the studio with the addition of the Calrec MM3 analog console! The MM3 is a 22 channel dual input British console with Lundahl transformers, lush EQ, buss compression and the flexibility to bring analog warmth, punchy saturation, and clarity to both the tracking and mixing stages.
The MM3 is a trusted foundation in all styles of music as well as broadcast. To get a sense of pedigree, Calrec, just like Neve, launched in the early 1960s with a focus on broadcast, and became an exclusive console maker for the BBC. They’ve been building to BBC specs for 50 years, so you know the quality is phenomenal!
To learn more about what the Calrec MM3 can do for your sound, schedule some time to come through and tour Aria. As always, we hand-select our gear with a promise of quality that can be both felt and heard in the creative process for our artists.
